AI Data Analysis for Real Decisions

Move from quick charts to defensible analysis through questioning, validation, and recall.

Ask Better Questions First

The quality of your analysis depends on the quality of your question. Before touching the data, write the decision you are trying to make. Then ask: what would change my mind? That is the analysis you need.

Check the Output, Not Just the Chart

AI-generated charts look authoritative. The underlying data may not be. Check the row count, the date range, the aggregation method. A chart that looks right but uses the wrong denominator is worse than no chart.

Write the Insight in Plain Language

If you cannot write one sentence that says what the data means and what to do about it, the analysis is not done. The sentence is the deliverable. The chart is just evidence.
